Placing an Order
If you would like to inquire about our offerings, please contact us via voice, fax, or e-mail. International orders are welcome. Some custom orders may require a deposit.
Order Status
For information about your order, please call us between 9:00 and 5:00 EST from Monday thru Friday. At other times you may leave a voice message, fax, or e-mail with your name and order number and we will get back to you during the following business day.
Shipping Options
Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground service. However, FedEx, Airborne Express, and other shipping options are available.
Order Cancellations
Please call, fax, or e-mail us as soon as possible with your order cancellation. Orders that are shipped prior to cancellation are subject to a restocking charge.
